Operation Supervisor

Job description  
 
  • Supporting customer to monitoring all incoming bookings through our reservation system, recommend hotel to handle their bookings in trey.
 
  • Monitor rates offered in all channels to ensure that the best rate guarantee on brand website is valid and parity throughout all channels is maintained. If applicable, use a rate shopping tool to monitor all Internet rates.
 
  • Create and communicate seasonal and event related offers which are tactical and attractive to the target market. Monitor and evaluate these promotions in order to fine tune its effectiveness to generate bookings and revenue.
 
  • Support E-Marketing team by providing insights into property specific travel trends and statistics from third party websites in order to improve marketing strategies and to discover new opportunities.
 
  • Build positive working relationships with all departments of the hotel and ensure that there an understanding of the concept of E-Marketing Services.
 
  • Visit properties under cluster at least once per week and attend revenue meeting with preparing data for strategy
 
  • Preparing sale and operation reports by monthly.
 
  • Monitoring and comparing Rate Parity of each hotel and report to related person.
 
  • Provide full customer service and support to the clients with regards to rate, allotment and all concerned.
 
  • Build and maintain strong relationship with customers.
 
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications  
 
  • Male or Female, Thai Nationality Only
 
  • Age 25 years and Above
 
  • Bachelor's Degree in Tourism, or Hotel management
 
  • 3-5 Years work experience with hotel industry, travel agency or related field
 
  • Work experience in utilizing/ supporting online travel applications
 
  • Very Good command of English in both oral and written
 
  • Good PC skills including MS Excel, Word, and any task tracking software
 
  • Creative and eager to learn the new technology
 
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skill
 
  • Willing to work hard and able to work under pressure
 
  • Well organized with ability to meet deadline
 
  • Able to work independently and also good team-player
 
  • Essential Skills Required
 
  • Familiar with Online Booking Engine (any brands)…Travelanium, Fastbooking, BookingButton, Instant Booking etc.
 
  • Able to organize Rate, Promotion and allotment through Channel Manager
 
  • Familiar with OTAs extranet
