Customer Coordinator (Vietnamese language)
Job Responsibility:
1. Provide information and details of Company's Digital Marketing Software and CRM to customers
by phone and other online methods such as Chatbox or Facebook Messenger
2. Provide after sales service, answer and guide customers of basic technical issues
3. Coordinate with teammates and relevant functions to help customers resolve their technical issues
4. Prepare all relevant reports
Qualification:
1. Male or Female, 22-26 yrs old
2. Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology Management or related field
3. At least 0 - 2 years of work experience
Required Skills:
1. Fluent in Vietnamese and English language
2. Basic communication skill / Customer handling skill
3. Familiar with Microsoft Office
3. Coordinate with teammates and relevant functions to help customers resolve their technical issues
