Job Description : |
- Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company website.

- Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website.
|
- Planning and implementing social media strategy to align with business goals.
|
- Utilizing a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and PPC.
|
- Overseeing the social media strategy for the company and customers.
|
- Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.
|
- Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing.
|
- Monitor and improve the overall PPC strategy for each client.
|
- Develop and implement a successful social media and community management strategy for all clients on all the major platforms, such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, Google+ and Pinterest.
|
- Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency.
|
- Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data.
|
- Report project progress and outcomes to clients on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis – using Google Analytics and similar programs.
|
- Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
|
- Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout).
|
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.
|
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
|
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
|
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
|
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to- end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
|
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
|
|
Qualifications : |
- Bachelor degree in Marketing or related field.
|
- 3-5 years experience in a similar role.
|
- A strong working knowledge of the overall digital marketing mix – Email, SEO, PPC, Content, Social & Affiliates.
|
- Demonstrable experience with email marketing and lead generation.
|
- Experience of managing large budgets and working with major global clients.
|
- Proven ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple digital marketing projects simultaneously.
|
- A good working knowledge of the latest Google algorithms, Google Analytics and Google Adwords.
|
- Experience in ecommerce, SEO, PPC, Email marketing, and social media.
|
- Previous experience in a similar digital marketing role.
|
- Experience with A/B testing would also be an advantage.
|
|
